When a child is admitted to the ICU, it can be without warning and the family is usually unprepared. The Foundation provides essential toiletry items to family members staying bedside so they can stay refreshed and focused on what matters most -- their child's care.

Traveling to and from the hospital daily can be exhausting for caregivers -- especially if long distances are involved. The Foundation partners with local hotels and homeowners to provide housing support to in need families.

Regular meals and breaks are essential to staying physically and mentally healthy while caring for a child. Eating away from home regularly is expensive and costs add up quick. The Foundation provides meal support to in need families.

Sometimes extended unpaid leaves are required from work after available paid time off is used by a caregiver. When possible, the Foundation provides income support to in need families.
